The appartment offers you on 765sqft a sleeping room with queen size double bed (160cm x 200cm), bathroom with shower, seperate toilett, large living and eating room, with chimney oven, Sat-TV, CD-player and a fully furnished modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryr.
The appartmentf overlooks large green meadows, lake Constance, the Alps and the village of Hohenweiler. A large secluded terrace with a small garden with marvellous sunset views invites you for relaxation. Enjoy our natural swimming pond, the large outside fireplace and the Finnish outside sauna.

Anreise von Norden über die A96 aus München bis Abfahrt Sigmarszell. Von dort ca. 4 km die B308 Richtung Sigmarszell/Scheidegg bis zur Abfahrt Hohenweiler/Österreich.
Aus Süden über die A14 kommend, die Abfahrt Hörbranz direkt nach dem Pfändertunnel nehmen u. rechts ca. 5km der L1 Richtung Hohenweiler bis zum Abzweig der L9 nach Möggers folgen.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: Mit Bahn bis Lindau-Reutin und dann weiter per Bus im Stundentakt bis zur Haltestelle 300m vom Haus entfernt.
Achtung: Im Winter können bei Schnee und Eis zum Befahren unserer Zufahrt Schneeketten oder Allrad erforderlich sein. Der Schotterweg ist nicht für künstlich tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet.

60 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price,
10 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
If canceled after arrival only unused additional costs will be refunded
The municipal guest tax of of 3,30 Euro per night for guests of 14 years onwards is collected by us.
Sauna and Pond are free of charge if available

We live on weekends and during vacations in the upper floor of the house. Between 2012-2015 the house was lovingly and elaborately remodeled and renovated and the landscape around scaped with pond, fireplace and stairs.
