Holiday destination
The villa is on the slopes of Monte Peglia, a few kilometres drive from Todi, Perugia, Orvieto and Assisi. Trails through the countryside and woods are lovely, as is the small Medieval hamlet of Rotecastello, 300 metres away from the Villa entrance, which features a delicious home cooking style restaurant.
Getting there
Enter "Rotecastello" in your GPS. The villa is on the foot of the hill. Please contact us about 10 minutes before arrival and we will greet you and show you the villa.

it was unbelievable as we arrived! a beautiful site! we have seen the Fotos at the homepage, but the reality was much better. our rhythm of the day were already at the second day completely in relaxing mode! The house, the garden, the pool, the different places around the "moline" we loved that so much! For every daytime is a place with shadow, the surrounding sounds were so lovely - i can't find more words. one of the best holidays in my life!

A true place to slow down, enjoy nature and breathe in umbria - the location was unbelievable. The Molino, here was so much heart, attention to detail, especially selected high quality materials. Specially the SPA area was on a top level. The house was even better than expected. We will come back, for sure.
