Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, 20% of the rental price will be charged.
If you cancel within 6 weeks before arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
If you cancel within 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 80% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
We will make an effort to re-rent the apartment immediately after your cancellation.
However, in case of successful re-renting, a fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged for our additional effort.

The weekly market in Luino is just a 10-minute drive away, and from Laveno, you can reach Milan by train in 1.5 hours or Verbania by ferry in 20 minutes.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Terrasse ist durch die Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen an einem großen Tisch und durch die Loungeecke zum entspannten Sitzen sehr gut nutzbar. Die große Markise gibt genügend Schatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Nachdem wir letztes Jahr in der oberen Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbrachten und dabei schon sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft waren, können wir auch der unteren Wohnung nur gute Noten geben. Man sieht und merkt, das der Besitzer selbst auch dort Urlaub macht. Dementsprechend ist die Ausstattung sehr gut und für alle Ansprüche ausreichend. Hervorragend ist natürlich die Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore.
Wir werden sicher wieder buchen.
