Cancellation policy
(1) If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible:
Cancellation: -up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price.
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price.
-otherwise (later than 21 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
(2) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(3) A cancellation must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord is decisive.

Holiday destination
After a 20-minute ferry ride from Den Helder, you'll reach Texel, the largest Dutch Wadden island.
You'll be greeted by beautiful natural landscapes with numerous hiking and biking trails, more than 30km of sandy beaches, varied dune areas, forests, salt marshes, and much more.
On Texel, there are 7 villages, each with their own character and well worth a visit.
Getting there
From Den Helder, the ferry to Texel departs hourly, always at the half-hour mark. During the peak season, it runs every half hour, so at half past and on the hour.
After the ferry, follow the signs towards De Cocksdorp. At exit number 33, you will have arrived at the holiday park "De Krim".

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, super ausgestattet, gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Haus. Wir waren mit drei Generationen unterwegs und alle haben sich sofort sehr wohl im Haus und dem großem Garten gefühlt.
