Schönes Haus in Strandnähe. Soweit alles vorhanden war benötigt wird. Aber.....
.... Das Haus hat am vielen Stellen Nachbesserungsbedarf. Der "TV-Tisch" bestehend aus einem Gartenstuhl und Tischplatte mag noch als Stilelement durchgehen. Die Außenfarbe muss jedoch dringend erneuert werden. Überall blättert die Farbe ab. Die Duschwand muss erneuert werden und sieht nichts mehr hygienisch aus und ein Loch in der Terrasse mit herausschauenden Kabel hat unser nicht so gestört, aber für Kinder sicher nicht optimal.
