You can enter the granny flat on a separate door on your own terrace. With 1 bed room, 1 living room, bathroom and a completely equipped kitchen you can relax and cook your own meals. In front of the house you have your own private parking lot.

The Schluchsee train station is within a walking distance from 10 minutes.
Within 20 minutes you can reach Titisee by train so called "Dreiseenbahn" (three lakes train). In Titisee you can visit the lake and walk along the lakeside boardwalk. Next to the station there is the "Badeparadies Schwarzwald". Expect to experrience fun and action on 22 high-tech slides, relaxing with exotic cocktails under more than 300 genuine palm trees or enjoying exceptional wellness moments in “Vital-Pools” and themed saunas.
Within 1 hour train ride you can reach Freiburg by passing by the "Ravennaviadukt" and "Höllental" (hell valley) with the famous "Hirschsprung" (deer jump). With its wonderful historic city centre, the "Münster" cathedral, narrow alleys, small "Bächle" (streams) it is possible to saunter or do busy shopping. Freiburg close to the boarder to alsace (France) is famous for its mediterranean climate and it´s a pleasure to spend a relaxed day at the foothill of the black forest with many cosy cafés and little restaurants.
Next to Schluchsee within 10 minutes by car you can visit St. Blasien and the cathedral. In Grafenhausen especially kids can walk through the "Schlühüwanapark" with it´s wooden fairytale figures.
Feldberg (10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train and bus) is the highest german mountain outside the alpes and at winter times a big ski resort. At summertime you can do hiking trips around the mountain and pass by "Feldsee" lake, enjoy typical black forest meals at small chalets and enjoy the panorama of the swiss alpes even up to the Mont Blanc 240km away.
The village centre is within a 7 minutes walking distance. Next to the house you can use your hiking boots, (rented) cross country skies or mountainbikes to enjoy the unique black forest landscape.
Only a 3 minutes walk away there is the "funpark" for kids.
At the village centre you´ll find many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacie and ATMs. Within 12 minutes you can walk to Schluchsee beach or the "Aqua-Fun" pool area with water slides, ping pong and beach volleyball spots.
The train station is 10 minutes by foot.

If you´d need to cancel before your trip, we´d like to ask you to tell us immediately by mail. We preserve the right to charge compensation in case of cancellation. Decisive of the point of rescission is the reception of the written rescission by the lessor. Depending on the timing, we´ll charge the following amounts (at least 50€):
- up to 45 days prior to departure 10 %
- up to 28 days prior to departure 20 %
- up to 21 days prior to departure 40 %
- up to 11 days prior to departure 70 %
later 90 % of rental fees
