Treat yourself to a break at this 110m² 2-storey villa, completed in 2014, with natural garden and seating around the house and, above all, an unobstructed view over the cultivated fields to the sea.
Far away from roads and traffic, embedded in a cluster of thatched roof houses with shared playground, this very individually designed holiday home features high-quality amenities.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fully equipped built-in kitchen, a large dining table, fireplace and comfortable sofa corner, one north-facing bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna.
The living room leads to the south-facing terrace. However, seating can be found around the villa. On the north side there are two wicker beach chairs on a small hill, allowing you to enjoy the view while staying protected from the wind.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The north-facing master bedroom with double bed has a large window with a fantastic view over the fields to the sea and the island of Poel.
In the south-facing children's room there are two separate beds, each of which can be pulled out to 1.60 m and thus offer space for a total of 4 children. There is space for a cot in both the master bedroom and the children's room.
All beds also have full-size Viscotoppers mattress pads to further increase your sleeping comfort. Bed linen and towels included in the price.
Furthermore, all bedrooms as well as the bathrooms and living room window have bug screens.
Of course you get all the comforts of home such as a fully equipped kitchen (mixer, egg cooker, waffle iron, milk frother, espresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, children's dishes, baking tins, quiche and casserole dishes, fondue and raclette sets, etc.), iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer, large TV with Blu-Ray player in the living room and another small TV with DVD player in the bedroom, books (including various travel guides), magazines, indoor and outdoor toys for children (Duplo, wooden train, cars, stuffed animals, books, Viking chess, boule, beach ball, etc.), board games for the whole family, 2 adult bikes and two children's bikes (18 and 20 inches), a balance bike and a bobby car. A handcart is available, as well as a child bike seat and a carrying case.
Of course, there is also a large gas barbecue with grilling utensils!
1 baby chair, 2 high chairs and a cot are provided free of charge. The stairs are provided with a childproof grille at the top for further protection. The sockets also have internal child protection.
Thanks to the in-house decalcification system, the drinking water has been decalcified to such an extent that you can fully enjoy your tea or coffee.
WiFi and Internet via fibre optic cable are another highlight. We also recently installed a wall box!
As a rule, you will always find toilet paper, soap, washing-up liquid, dishwasher detergent, dishcloths, facial tissues, plasters, pepper, salt and sugar in the villa.

The small and original spa town of Zierow is a few minutes' walk away. Zierow is best known among riders for its horse farm. Events are held there regularly. Riding lessons are available for a fee.
The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is only 3 km away and can therefore be reached in a few minutes by car or by bike via the Baltic Sea cycle path.
A large supermarket as well as a bakery, chemist, electronics store, decoration shop, sports shop, etc. are located about 3 km from the house in Wismar-Hinter-Wenddorf and in the neighbouring town of Gägelow.
In Zierow itself there is a small café shop with baked goods, coffee and cake, fresh eggs, works of art, magazines and other things that you may need in life.
The "white Wiek" (Wohlenberger Wiek) can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, Boltenhagen is about 25 minutes by car and the island of Poel with its dream beaches is also about 30 minutes by car. Schwerin and Rostock can also be reached in about 35-45 minutes via country road or motorway.
In the surrounding area there are other excursion destinations such as the small town of Neukloster, Bothmer Castle, Schwerin Castle, the medieval courtyard in Bäbelin, the Kirchdorf Sternwall complex, the Langenwerder bird sanctuary island, Tüzen pet park, the Stone Age village of Kussow, the megalithic tombs in the Eberstorfer forest, the Poeler Piratenland indoor playground and much more.
In just 500 m you can reach the natural beach directly via a path through the field; nudist bathing is also allowed there. In a couple 100 m away there is a well-kept bathing beach with a large playground for children. There is also a mini golf course, a small café and a kiosk with delicious waffles. Since the Eggers Wiek is still relatively flat in the area near the beach, it's also safe for smaller children to go swimming.
From the West: via the A20 exit for Bobitz, then towards Gägelow, from there to Zierow.
From the east: via the A20 exit for Wismar, bypass towards Gägelow/Zierow.
Shortly before Zierow, behind the large cowsheds, turn right for Fliemstorf, then left to Zierow; after Fliemstorf turn right towards the thatched roof houses of De Poeler Drift -> house number 53a
