Cancellation policy
The group may cancel the accommodation booking at any time before the start of the trip. A cancellation of the accommodation booking must be made in writing and becomes effective on the date of the postmark. If a group cancels entirely or partially for reasons not attributable to the TRAVEL SERVICE, cancellation fees may be charged. The basis for calculation is the minimum occupancy costs evident from the accommodation booking.

Holiday destination
Nestled between the Rofan and Karwendel mountain ranges, the high valley of Lake Achensee, with the villages of Achenkirch, Maurach, and Pertisau, enjoys a very pleasant, sheltered climate thanks to its north-south orientation. The largest lake in Tyrol acts as a cold storage, ensuring snow reliability until April. At Christlumalm, all valley descents can also be artificially snowed. There are 25 modern lifts catering to every level of difficulty. The area boasts 200km of cross-country ski trails, an illuminated toboggan run, an extensive network of winter hiking trails, a natural ice rink, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and a high ropes course. The nearby Zillertal can be reached in about 30 minutes. Since 2018, the Achensee Atoll has been offering a new wellness temple with a sauna landscape, indoor pool, ice skating, and indoor climbing. There are many excursion options available, such as visiting the silver mine in Schwaz, Tratzberg Castle, or the city of Innsbruck.
Getting there
Enjoy a swift and convenient journey via the Salzburg-Tauern motorway. Just 200km from Munich. Only a 15-minute drive from the motorway exit to the accommodation.
