The apartment is accessible at ground level. It consists of a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a small room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet (renovated in 2014). In the kitchen-living room, there is a pellet stove available. Additionally, there is a balcony with an adjoining covered terrace with a lake view.
Parking space available. A garage is provided free of charge (reservation requested). There is also a barbecue area with seating. The house is situated on a slope and is adjacent to a very quiet street, thus not suitable for children under 5 years of age. A car is necessary.
Duvets 140x200 and pillows 50x80cm, both washable, are provided. Bed linen and towels can be rented.

Distance to the lake 3.5km, shopping 1km, restaurant 1km. Down in Limone by the lake, there are numerous water sports opportunities, a bathing beach, two harbors, many small shops and eateries. But even up in the small villages, there's always something to discover. Great hiking opportunities and time and again magnificent views down to the lake.
The property is located about 2.5km above Limone. After the final payment, you will receive directions and information on where to pick up the key.

Valid for the year 2021: If difficult conditions due to the Coronavirus still exist, the booking can be canceled free of charge. For a booking made within 2 months before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. For bookings made up to 2 months before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations for other reasons are explained in the rental agreement.
