Refund of Your Deposit in Times of COVID-19 Circumstances Should the epidemiological situation prevent the guest from entering due to the closure of the border, the agency will create a voucher for the guest over the paid deposit amount, which can be redeemed during the current calendar year or the following year. If entry is still not possible within this period for the aforementioned reasons, the agency will refund the guest the full deposit amount.
