Getting there
By plane to Pisa, or directly by car.
From the port of Piombino, the crossing to a port on Elba takes about 60 minutes. The drive to the house takes about 30 minutes.
There is a large free parking lot at the house.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Alles passte, ein kleines Paradies. Es ist ruhig, grün, schattig, daher sind auch 30 Grad nicht zu heiß. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (v.a. die Küche), sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer großes Kino. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank noch mal an Luisa (die zuvorkommende Tochter, die nebenan wohnte) für tolle Tipps. Der Weg zum Strand nach unten und zum pittoresken Dorf nach oben nicht zu weit, so dass man auch zu Fuß gehen konnte (rund 20 Minuten). Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt. Es ist sicher auch im Frühjahr oder Herbst eine Reise wert, wenn man neben schwimmen auch wandern kann. An einem kühleren Tag sind wir auf den nahen Monte Calamita - mit großartiger Aussicht.

Mein Partner und ich haben eine wundervolle Woche im Haus Sonnengarten verbracht. Das Haus bietet viel Komfort und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche, die zum gemeinsamen Kochen einlädt.
Alles war bei unserer Ankunft in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos und ausgesprochen freundlich - wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt.
Die Lage ist traumhaft: Die fantastische Aussicht lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
