After cleaning we desinfect the apartment according the recomandation of the German Tourism Association to contain the transfer of the corona-virus (SARS-CoV-2). Because of the extensive endcleaning with desinfection the fee therefore is a bit higher.

The alpine health resort of St. Märgen lies at 850 m above sea level in the middle of the Black Forest, just 20 minutes by car to Freiburg, 15 minutes to Titisee and 30 minutes to Schluchsee.
It is an ideal starting point from which to visit Europa-Park and explore Lake Constance, Alsace and Switzerland.
There are wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The area has cross-country ski runs, ski lifts and a toboggan run. The village offers a range of shops and excellent local cuisine. A 4-star property with a dream terrace!
Autobahn A5, Exit Freiburg north direction to Waldkirch then follow the signs to Glottertal.
After Glottertal, passing Black Forest Clinic (Schwarzwald-Klinik) there is St. Peter.
A short visit to the barock monestry of the 12th century is recommended.
From St. Peter now you drive on the beautiful panorama street to St. Maergen. There you will have a free few to the Feldberg mountain.

In case if the Tenant withdraws from the lease, for any reason, a certain amount of percentage from the total amount of rent is deducted to the following scale:
Withdraw 45 days before day of arrival: 10 %
Withdraw 44 days to 30 days before day of arrival: 30 %
Withdraw 29 days to 22 days before day of arrival: 60 %
Withdraw 21 days to day of arrival before day of arrival: 90 %
The fee for the washing machine and dryer including detergent is 15 €/week.
For a 5th person we charge 25,00 Euro/night extra
The price for cleaning includes desinfection.
