Wir haben uns zum einen gefreut, dass die Buchung im Januar für uns als Großfamilie so unkompliziert mit Familie Gierse möglich war und andererseits war für uns das Landhaus genau die richtige Entscheidung denn wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht wohlgefühlt. Die obere Küche war unser Familientreffen und alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Für unsere täglichen Ausflüge war das Landhaus Wildrose ein sehr guter Startpunkt, egal ob man zu Fuß zum Rasenden Roland oder Erdbeerhof ging oder mit dem Auto zum Strand unterwegs war. Das Haus hat seine Glanzzeit hinter sich. Die Möbel sind teilweise abgewohnt, die Renovierung der Bäder und Küche im OG war wenig durchdacht. Im EG Bad gab es sogar Schimmel an den Plissees/Rollos. Die Ausstattung ist ok, aber nicht besonders hochwertig. Unsere Mängelliste war ziemlich lang, aber der Vermieter hat nicht reagiert. Das Haus liegt zwar ruhig, aber Infrastruktur gibt es wenig. Der nächste Bäcker ist ca. 2 km entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind noch weiter weg. Für Radfahrer gibt es wenig geeignete Radwege. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist daher nicht angemessen.
