Cancellation Rules
The renter can withdraw from the lease in writing. If the renter withdraws from the lease, without to designate a new tenant, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation, provided that another rental is not possible:
- 49 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price (excluding utilities)
- up to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price (excluding utilities)
- up to 21 days before arrival: 80% of the rent (without utilities)
- 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price (excluding utilities)

Holiday destination
Balatongyörök is a romantic seaside resort on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. At the eastern entrance of the village you can enjoy the most beautiful view of Lake Balaton from "Szépkilátó".
Sporty guests will find surfing, sailing, pedal boating, tennis, mini golf and much more. There is also a Kneipp pool on the beach near the marina.
An 18-hole golf course with lake view was completed on the outskirts in 2015. In the village you will find one of the most beautiful beach resorts of Lake Balaton with old trees and plenty of shade.
Getting there
From Vienna continue on the A2 towards Eisenstadt / Hungary. At the junction Guntramsdorf in the direction of Eisenstadt continue on the A3 to the border crossing Klingenbach / Sopron. In Hungary continue on the main road 84 towards Balaton / Keszthely

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung in Balatongyörök.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und top gepflegt - man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Besonders begeistert waren wir vom zauberhaften Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt, und dem herrlichen Pool, der an heißen Tagen einfach unbezahlbar war.
Die Vermieter waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich - man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.
Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen - alles war perfekt!
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr ganz sicher wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf!

Die Wohnung und der Garten entsprachen der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und enthält alles was man braucht. Der Pool traumhaft. Die Familie Burg ist sehr nett und hat uns freundlich aufgenommen.
