If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

In der Beschreibung steht Es kann sein, dass man, je nach Windrichtung, manchmal etwas Fluglärm hört - doch leider ist das eine komplett falsche Angabe! Die Flugzeuge fliegen (je nach Wochentag) entweder minütlich oder alle 5 Minuten quasi über die Finca hinweg. Es ist unglaublich laut und nur Nachts zwischen ca. 0:30 Uhr und 5:30 Uhr etwas ruhiger. Der Vermieter ist überhaupt nicht kooperativ gewesen und hat uns mit dieser Falschangabe unseren Urlaub versaut! Auch die Anreise war sehr kompliziert, da es keine Wegbeschreibung zu der Adresse gibt, kein Taxifahrer oder Personen aus der Gegend wissen bescheid und sogar die Hotline des Vermieters sagte uns lediglich: Sie müssen Google Maps anmachen! FAZIT: Diese Finca können Sie mieten, wenn Sie schwerhörig sind oder schon in einer Flugschneise leben!
