The chalet is comfortably furnished and suitable for 4 people. The living room features a cozy sofa, TV, video recorder, and a dining table where 4 people can enjoy a snack and a drink. Of course, you can also enjoy your garden on summer days by opening the doors to the terrace!
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, and oven. There is, of course, plenty of cutlery and crockery available.
The chalet has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
On the terrace, you can relax in the sun in the lounge set or enjoy a meal at the table!

Walcheren is an attractive cycling area. Additionally, Vlissingen with its boulevard on the Westerschelde, Middelburg, the city of monuments and memorials, as well as the picturesque town of Veere are worth a visit.
Serooskerke is situated between Middelburg and Vrouwenpolder and is a typical village in Walcheren with a church, a church square, and a number of farms surrounding it.
Serooskerke is an excellent starting point if you are looking for a lot of peace during your holiday in Zeeland, but also a friendly atmosphere!

6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be made in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not successful to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord must, without any liability of the landlord, refund all amounts paid by the tenant.
6.2.1. Cancellations and dissolutions must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental agreement, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than a week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administration costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. After receiving a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
