Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the beginning of the rental period. It is necessary in any case a registered letter to the customer center of Villa-Schönhagen in Glücksburg. In this case, the lessor is entitled to charge a lump sum compensation according to the following season without further proof:
100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival.
50% refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival.
In addition, a processing fee of € 25.00 is payable on the spot at the time of the cancellation of the reservation after receipt of the reservation documents - no matter at which point in time.
The date of receipt of the letter at the Customer Service Center in Glücksburg is also valid, even if announced by telephone. The tenant can protect himself by means of a completed travel cancellation insurance. We therefore recommend the completion of a travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
For me personally there is no better place at the Baltic Sea than our holiday house Schönhagen-Strand. We have kept the property in family ownership for many years. We are very much in the fact that the object is always in a very well maintained condition.
The region of Schönhagen is beautiful, the Baltic Sea is deep blue and very clean the beach is unique. If you go to the south you will find a cliff that is almost unique in shape. The free meadows and fields and the countless birds, fascinate me every time. If you are looking for city and shopping, Kappeln, a charming town at the Schlei, only 10 minutes by car away. Convince yourself once and spend unforgettable days at our domicil Ferienhaus Schönahgen Strand.
Getting there
The Ferienhaus Schönhagen Strand is located away from the center of the village at the end of a cul-de-sac with unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea. Here there is neither transit traffic nor curious eyes. The center is only a 5 minute walk. The Kurgarten is accessible via its own gate. You will not find a nicer place to relax on the Baltic coast!

Die Lage des Hauses, mit direktem Ostseeblick, traumhaft. Eine überaus freundliche Frau Itzke wies uns
ins Haus ein und verabschiedete uns auch, dabei ging sie absolut auf unsere Wünsche ein (zB am Tag
der Abreise wollten wir aufgrund der Staus auf der A7 eine Stunde eher abreisen).
Einen kleinen Mangel gab es aber auch, nämlich diese doofen Rollos an allen Fenstern, da gibt es sicherlich einen besseren Sichtschutz.
Fazit: man kann das Haus unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Die besondere Lage mit freiem Blick auf die Ostsee und die Großzügigkeit des Ferienhauses Schönhagen Strand machten unsere Urlaubswoche zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Ob von drinnen oder draußen, die Aussicht, die Natur und die Ruhe sind faszinierend. Frühmorgens vom Haus aus den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer mitzuerleben, ist traumhaft. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr.
