Comments
For all rental rates is the currency of USD the base. The rental is to pay in USD. The prices are valid for the occupancy of the whole house by two people. We charge 70,00 USD/week for every additional person. On the rental rate an all additional costs we charge 11,5% tax Christmas and New Year + 20% Minimum rental perion 14 nights Children and teenagers under the age of 16 stay for free Electricity up to 34,00 USD incl. (for more consumption we charge 0,17 USD per kWh) Checkin/out 60 USD

Boat trips to the surrounding islands with your own motorboat.
Holiday destination
The house is located in one of the exclusive residential areas in the southeast of Cape Coral known as the Yacht Club area. Since we are enthusiastic boaters it was an essential prerequisite for us in order to enjoy our own vacations as well. Boating trips to Sanibel, Captiva or other beautiful destinations are no problem this way. Short trips by car to Marina beach, Cape Harbour or Tarpon Point are an additional plus of our house in Skylark court.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Die Lage traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eines von den alten Florida-Häusern, die wir so sehr lieben. Für uns als Paar eigentlich schon zu groß, ideal für 4 Personen. Das Haus hat kein hypermodernes, aber ein sehr bequemes und praktisches Möbiliar und das hat uns gut gefallen. Die Poolarea ist klasse. Das Boot ist ein robustes und stark motorisiertes Fischerboot und erlaubt dem erfahrenen Skipper schöne und aktionsreiche Ausflüge auf die Kanäle, den Intercoastel Waterway oder den Golf von Mexico. Bootserfahrung ist hier klar von Vorteil! Die Lage des Hauses innerhalb von Cape Coral ist sehr gut. Die Eigentümer geben umfangreiche Informationen und Erklärungen zur Funktion von Haus und Boot. Leichte Beachchairs und ein Sonnenschirm für Strandaufenthalte haben gefehlt, aber alles in allem auf jeden Fall sehr schön und sehr empfehlenswert.
