Hallo hier ist Mike Dannappel und wir haben aktuell die Villa Lambertus gemietet.
An dem Haus sind uns folgende Mängel aufgefallen:
- Küche: Wasserhahn spritzt in allen Richtungen und Wasser läuft aus.
- Die beiden silbernen Kühlschränke gehen sehr häufig in Alarm und piepen ( auch in der Nacht ) kühlen auch nicht richtig.
- Die Schubladen und Schränke sind nicht gereinigt worden und dreckig.
- Teller, Tassen und Gläser sind nicht in ausreichender Menge ( 8 Personen) vorhanden.
- Bei beide Badezimmern oben und unten sind die Schlösser für die Tür defekt und lassen sich nich schließen. Oden:Türklinke geht ab.
- Schlafzimmer unten recht Deckenleuchte defekt.
- Und sämtliche Zimmer sind in den Ecken nicht sauber!!!
- Wohnzimmer Deckenleuchte defekt.
- Pool: Mosaiksteine lösen sich und sind dadurch scharfkantig. Kein Netz zum säubern vorhanden.
Diesbezügliche würden wir uns über eine Rückmeldung freuen.

Die Villa weist einige überfällige Wartungsarbeiten auf
Nicht alles war sauber
Pluspunkt: Sollten Probleme auftreten, werden diese in kürzester Zeit gelöst
