This old residence is located just 20 km from Florence, on a hill covered with olive trees and cypresses. The panorama before your eyes is very characteristic and embraces the upper Valdarno and the Florentine hills. The tower whose origin dates back to the Lombard period, the apartments completely restored respecting Tuscan architectural traditions, the panoramic swimming pool, the proximity of Chianti, Florence, Siena and Arezzo, make the Castello di Pratelli a unique place, where you can combine relaxation and culture, at the same time.

From the shores of the lake, you can fish and admire the evolution of various breeds of aquatic birds. In the surrounding countryside you can take long walks or mountain bike rides, between woods and fields. You can find mushrooms (ceps, cloves, etc.) and forest fruits.
