Das Haus ist gut ausgeschildert. Nehmen Sie einen holprigen Feldweg einen großen Hügel hinauf und schon sind Sie da. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich (leider kein Wort fremd), das Haus ist sehr einfach gehalten. Die Küche ist nicht sehr gut ausgestattet, einige (notwendige) Utensilien fehlen. Schlafen Sie gut, das Bett ist gut und sauber. sehr ruhig oben auf dem Berg. Badezimmer auch in Ordnung, aber dem gesamten Haus fehlt einfach der letzte Schliff in Sachen „Sauberkeit“. Wir waren wahrscheinlich die ersten Besucher der Saison, aber trotzdem. Die hinteren Terrassen hinter den drei Häusern sind angebaut und bieten nicht viel Privatsphäre. Schwimmbad und Garten in einwandfreiem Zustand. Da wir alleine waren (und alles für uns alleine hatten), haben wir die Ruhe und den Raum sehr genossen. Die Aussicht vom Hügel ist wunderschön. Wer keine Hühner mag: Hinter den Terrassen gibt es ca. 10 Hühner mit zwei Hähnen, man hört sie. Wir hatten in diesem Urlaub auch zwei Häuser in Norditalien und man sieht den Unterschied, aber da wir hauptsächlich draußen gelebt haben, sind wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Schöne Tagesausflüge vom Standort aus unter anderem nach Città di Castello, Gubbio und Arezzo.
