Schönes großes Haus mit schöner Aussicht auf das Tal vom Pool aus. Veraltete Einrichtung.
Was uns besonders störte, waren die zusätzlichen 50 € „accueil“, die wir bei der Ankunft zusätzlich zur Kaution zahlen mussten. Dieser Betrag war auf der Übernachtungskarte nicht angegeben. Kann dies nicht im Mietpreis enthalten sein?

Viele positive Punkte: Das Haus ist groß und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Vercors-Massiv. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett mit Schwimmbad, Volleyballplatz, Tischtennisplatte mit Zubehör zum Spielen, auch auf der Haushaltsgeräteseite haben wir zusätzlich zum Standard einen echten Gefrierschrank, eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Skateboard-Bügelbrett Brett, Fön usw., nur der Stauraum im Zimmer ist etwas klein und sehr uneinheitlich.
Nur ein Punkt ist sehr negativ und hat bei uns einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterlassen: Der allgemeine Schmutz. Keine einzige Oberfläche (Tische, Küchenarbeitsplatte, Geschirrschrank, Kochplatten und Mikrowelle), die nicht bei Berührung klebte, Grill in beklagenswertem Zustand, Spinnweben und große Mengen Schmutz in jeder Ecke der Zimmer, keine Organisation, kein Pfand für Mülltonnen , Kühlschrank nicht geleert, nicht gereinigt seit??? (zum Beispiel: übrig gebliebener Ketchup mit 2cm in der Flasche). Unser erster halber Tag (um 7 Uhr) war daher einer „Minimalüberlebensreinigung“ gewidmet. Das ist inakzeptabel, zumal wir für unsere Miete 100 € für die Reinigung bezahlt haben. Das ist wirklich schade, denn dieses Haus und dieser Ort haben ganz tolle Qualitäten.
