Das Haus ist auf den Fotos besser abgebildet als im wirklichen Leben. Es handelt sich um ein fast heruntergekommenes Haus, das eine komplette Renovierung gebrauchen könnte. Von Rissen in den Badezimmerfliesen bis hin zu einer Duschstange, die nicht richtig funktioniert. Von einer veralteten (aber immer noch funktionalen) Küche bis hin zu alten, abgenutzten Stühlen im Wohnzimmer. Es könnte alles ein wenig Liebe, Aufmerksamkeit und Innovation gebrauchen.
