Trotz des niedrigen Preises war der Standard dieses Hauses deutlich unterdurchschnittlich.
Eine kurze Zusammenfassung der Erlebnisse während unseres Aufenthaltes:
- 3 Lecks, in der Küche, der Garage und im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss (wie sich herausstellte, den Eigentümern alles nicht unbekannt)
- Wurde aufgrund eines defekten Haustürschlosses ausgesperrt (der Besitzer war, wie sich herausstellte, auch bekannt)
- Zerbrochenes Ofengeschirr in der Schublade unter dem Ofen bei der Ankunft, überall Glasscherben
- Schimmel, schlechte Gerüche und fehlende Abdichtung mit Schmutz im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss
- Türgriffe in der Küche fehlen größtenteils
- Schmutz, Staub, Spinnweben an Stellen, die regelmäßig gereinigt werden sollten
- Tabak bleibt in den Schubladen neben einem Bett liegen
- Schränke, die sich aufgrund schiefer Schubladen, Türen und Regale nicht öffnen/schließen lassen
- Garderobe fiel von der Wand
- Völlig unbrauchbarer Billardtisch mit dem vorhandenen Material
Eine Erfahrung, die Belvilla nicht würdig ist.

Schönes Haus, in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Wunderschöne Region.
Leider gab es einige negative Punkte. Mehrere Lichter funktionierten nicht. Über der Spüle und über dem Herd in der Küche, also Kochen und Abwaschen bei nahezu Dunkelheit. Außerdem mehrere Scheinwerfer im Salon, die nicht funktionierten.
Tischtennistisch, aber ohne Bälle, Darts, aber nur kaputte Pfeile und Billard mit kaputten Stöcken. J"aimerais. Im Allgemeinen sauber, insbesondere die Bettwäsche, aber schmutzige, fettige Dunstabzugshaube. Bitte reinigen Sie den Filter.
