Das Haus ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, innen ist es noch in Ordnung, aber außen ist es veraltet, die Dachrinnen sind eingestürzt und verrottet usw. Der Eigentümer wohnt in einem Haus gegenüber von Ihnen und Sie werden ihn den ganzen Tag um Ihr Haus herumlaufen sehen lang.
