Wir waren mit 8 Frauen im Februar in diesem Ferienhaus. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserer Kontaktperson sehr freundlich empfangen, allerdings waren die Rollläden des Hauses noch geschlossen und das Haus war völlig unbeheizt. Beim Betreten der (zu) kleinen Küche wurden wir sofort mit sehr alten und schmutzigen Spülbecken konfrontiert. In der Toilette fehlte die erste Rolle Toilettenpapier, welche man normalerweise in jedem Ferienhaus vorfindet. Der vorhandene Mixer war defekt. Beim Bettenmachen (selbst!) stellte sich heraus, dass nicht genügend Winterbettdecken für 8 Personen vorhanden waren.
Am zweiten Abend unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir plötzlich mit einem fürchterlichen Heizölgeruch im Wohnzimmer konfrontiert. Wir haben versucht, die Kontaktperson zu erreichen, aber in der Hausordnung waren eine falsche Kontaktperson und Telefonnummer angegeben. Als wir endlich den richtigen Ansprechpartner erreichen konnten, kam dieser sofort vorbei und überprüfte die Heizungsanlage. Als dort alles normal erschien, nahm sie Kontakt zum Hauseigentümer auf. Er sprach von einem normalen Phänomen, das gelegentlich auftrete und riet uns, alle Türen eine Zeit lang zu öffnen, um den unangenehmen Geruch loszuwerden. Der Aufforderung unserer Kontaktperson, uns ein kostenloses Holzpaket zum Wiederaufwärmen zu überlassen, lehnte er jedoch ab.
Eine WLAN-Verbindung ist in diesem Haus nicht möglich. Feuermelder fehlen.
Wir mieten seit Jahren über Belvilla, aber dieses Haus ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
