Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Beim Treppensteigen sollte man sich nicht einschränken lassen, denn davon gibt es einige.
Obwohl das Haus gut ausgestattet ist, ist es hinsichtlich der Instandhaltung nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Schimmelflecken zum Beispiel im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Die Treppe, die einen Anstrich vertragen könnte.
Auch die Reinigung verlief nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir machten zunächst eine gründliche Reinigung um uns herum. Wir haben die schlechte Reinigung an der Rezeption gemeldet.
Eine Markise an den Schiebetüren wäre kein unnötiger Luxus, denn sobald die Sonne auf die (vielen) Glasscheiben scheint, wird es im Inneren schnell sehr heiß.
