Schon bei unserer Ankunft drang ein muffiger Geruch aus dem Haus. Es ist sehr schlecht gepflegt
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es keine Toiletten, man muss in den Keller gehen, um Toiletten zu finden. Auch der Keller ist sehr schlecht gepflegt. Die Wände bröckeln und es entstehen unerträgliche Gerüche.
Die Sofas in den Wohnzimmern sind zerschlissen, keine Möglichkeit zum Entspannen.
Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schlecht gepflegt und gibt auch Gerüche ab.
Um zu dem kleinen verlassenen Garten zu gelangen, müssen Sie entweder um das Schwimmbad herumgehen oder in die Keller hinuntergehen.
In der Beschreibung wurde von 6 Parkplätzen gesprochen, aber es gab keinen Platz. Wir mussten auf dem Bürgersteig parken.
Der von uns gezahlte Preis war im Vergleich zu den Dienstleistungen und dem Zustand des Hauses extrem hoch.

Das Haus ist eigentlich nicht mehr relevant, wir zahlen normalerweise den Preis eines schönen, gut eingerichteten Hauses. Hier ist alles aufgegeben. Es werden erhebliche Ausstiegskosten erwartet
