Sitzecke mit abgenutztem Sofa.
In der Küche verläuft der Abfluss der Spülbecken an der Wand entlang zu einer angrenzenden Schleuse.
Teller, Tassen und Gläser genügen, allerdings eine Kombination unterschiedlicher Herkunft.
Toiletten in Ordnung. Badezimmer und Duschkabinen erfordern Wartung: Duschwanne mit Harz repariert, Duschkopf hält kaum noch,
Grill in schlechtem Zustand und ohne intensives Schrubben nicht nutzbar.
Keine Picknicktische vorhanden. Vernachlässigter Garten und angeschlossene Garagen in schlechtem Zustand.
