Description

For an unforgettable holiday in a wooded area, this is the perfect place. Villa Mosa is a luxurious and tasteful country house that comfortably accommodates large groups (up to 26 adults and 14 children). Fun fact: Villa Mosa was used during the filming of Dutch tv show 'K3 Zoekt K3'!

Wanze is located in a wooded area, near the picturesque town of Huy with its magnificent citadel. The cities of Liège (40 km) and Namur (33 km) are also worth a visit. The region is also ideal for cycling and hiking.

Besides a stylish lounge, a dining room, a bar, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace, the accommodation has comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Wellness facilities are available and you can start your day with a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, in the annex. On the grounds, you will also find ample parking and even a private tennis court, where you can hit a ball from April to the end of October.

Was für ein fantastisches großes Haus! Es bietet Platz für viele Gäste. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, angenehm geschnitten (die meisten Zimmer verfügen über 4 Schlafplätze, ideal für eine Familie), die Gemeinschaftsräume sind geräumig und gut verteilt. Der Garten ist das Ende aller Zeiten. Großer, gepflegter, schöner Tennisplatz, komplett ausgestattet. Auch das Schwimmbad ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und groß genug für mehrere Familien mit Kindern.
Die Gastgeberin (Kathleen) antwortet sehr schnell, ist freundlich und löst Probleme, sobald sie gemeldet werden. Sehr angenehm.

Einige Tipps:
- Das Haus ist grundsätzlich in einem guten Zustand, allerdings merkt man, dass es schon etwas älter ist. Knarrende Böden, laut. Außerdem könnte es hier und da einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen.
- Die Badezimmer sind geräumig und obwohl nicht alle Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügen, gibt es viele davon. Sie könnten eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Fugen und Dichtmasse sind stellenweise braun und schmutzig.
- Was uns betrifft, war der größte Nachteil die Küche. In einem solchen Haus würde man auf eine Catering-Küche hoffen, aber das ist nicht der Fall. Die Spülmaschinen (3 Stück) brauchen lange und sind stellenweise etwas klapprig, was bei so viel Geschirr zum Spülen unpraktisch ist. Die Pfannen sind mittelmäßig und nicht alle scheinen für den Herd (Keramik) geeignet zu sein. Vor allem die Bratpfannen.

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Haus, ausgezeichnete Lage und in der Nähe von Annehmlichkeiten, ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort, ideal für einen schönen Urlaub!!
