Das Ferienhaus muss dringend renoviert werden. Man kann den Fernseher nicht wirklich für DVDs nutzen und die Arbeitsplatte bröckelt. Auch der Backofen ist verschmutzt und muss erneuert werden. Schimmel im Badezimmer und jede Menge Ungeziefer. Draußen ist die Terrasse nicht nutzbar. Und viel Lärm vom Besitzer selbst.
