Description

This elegant 6-bedroom villa rests in Durbuy, in the Ardennes, and offers magnificent views of the surroundings. On hotter days, it's great to swim a few laps in the private swimming pool, followed by some relaxing in the sauna or bubble bath. It is great for having a family get-together with 14 persons.

Durbuy is the smallest town in the world. Stroll down the charming little streets, get a flavor of the past, and enjoy a Belgian beer at a cafe. From the villa, you can go straight to the woods for a nice walk or cycling tour. For a stroll in evening, you can head to the town center at 300 m. You will find restaurants and supermarkets at 400 m.

The fireplace in the living room spreads cozy warmth. In leisure hours, you can play air hockey or billiards. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende. Alles war sauber. Leider ein defekter Backofen, sodass wir alle Sandwiches in einer kleinen Kombi-Mikrowelle zubereiten mussten. Für das Gourmetessen brauchten wir ein Verlängerungskabel, das prompt geliefert wurde. Im Allgemeinen sieht das Haus bewohnt aus.

- Der Druck in den Leitungen ist nicht gut, der Zentralheizungskessel produziert zu wenig Strom, um alle Duschen und Räume mit Warmwasser zu versorgen. Je niedriger und weiter entfernt von der Zentralheizung, desto schlimmer und kälter wird es.
