Holiday destination
The house is situated on a bay with a sandy beach and shallow water with sandy bottom, ideal for barefoot bathing and splashing about; ideal for children. Can be reached from the bathing area via the water (100m), or by foot (also 100m). Restaurant open all day 300m away.
Potocnica is situated 10 km north of Novalja, the tourist centre of the island, with many restaurants, shops and recreational facilities.

We were a group of friends and had the best holiday possible. The view, the location and the accommodation with everything you could imagine and more were amazing. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and uncomplicated, always reachable and trustworthy. Would recommend this place to anyone, we were really happy and had the best holiday ever.

Diese Unterkunft war jeden Cent wert!
Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt, mit einem Steg direkt vom Haus begehbar und einem Sandstrand direkt ums Eck hat man alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht von der Terasse war umwerfend! Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.
Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche befinden sich alle möglichen Haushaltsartikel.
Der Inhaber ist wirklich sehr freundlich und war für uns immer gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Alle waren begeistert und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!
