Cancellation policy
The contractual relationship between lessor and lessee shall be deemed valid upon conclusion of the rental contract and receipt of the specified deposit. The contract becomes binding once the lessor has received the deposit in the amount mentioned above. The contract can be terminated for serious reasons up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the lessee has to pay the full rental price without incidental costs. If the property can be rented to a new guest at short notice and under the same conditions, 65% of the rental price will be refunded to the lessee. The deposit will remain with the lessor. We therefore recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The Las Marinas area with its endless fine sandy beaches La Punta del Raset, Les Marines, Les Bovetes, Els Molins, L´Almadrava and Les Deveses is located north of the Costa Blanca. All the beaches are easily accessible. Here you'll find less frequented areas with beautiful dunes as well as attractive beaches with bars, showers and all the service facilities you could ask for.
Getting there
The most convenient way to travel to Dénia is by plane. The nearest airports are Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport. Both airports are linked to Dénia via the motorway A-7. Take exit 62 (towards the town centre). From Ondara, you can take the national road N-332 to Dénia. Alternatively, one can take the train to Alicante or Valencia. Ferries run between the port of Dénia and the Balearic Islands.

Komfortable Villa, lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wunderbare Einrichtung, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, idealer Standort für kleinere und grössere Ausflüge. Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.
