Das Haus ist in einem schlechteren Zustand als die Bilder vermuten lassen. In einem Bad ist Schimmel an den Decken, bei Regen tropft es durchs Dach. Die Abflüsse in den Bädern laufen nicht gut ab. Zudem gab es nahezu keine Grundausstattung wie Salz/Pfeffer, Toilettenpapier etc. Das darf man bei dem Preis schon erwarten.
