Holiday destination
In the picturesque town Middelhagen is our "To Hus" near the beach on the Baltic Sea bay. Here you will find beside restaurants and cafes serving delicious local dishes also interesting reminders of the past that tell of the beginning of Rügen on the peninsula Mönchgut. These include the School Museum, the oldest restaurant "Zur Linde" as well as the church where music fans can listen to organ concerts. Bicycle fans also enjoy thanks to the bike path directly located in front of our house.
Getting there
1. You drive over the "Rügendamm" 2.6 km
2. Follow B96 towards Bergen / Sassnitz 19.3 km
3. Do not bend it off in front of mountains on the B196 right and follow the Plug History up behind Baabe. 25.6 km
4. Then go straight on the L292 towards Thiessow / Gager / Middelhagen 1.4 km
5. Turn in Middelhagen of inn "Zur Linde" right into the village street and continue for about 150m up to no. 27a.

Da wir uns kurzfristig entschlossen hatten, wieder mal Urlaub an der Ostsee zu machen, haben wir uns gern an die uns bekannte, schöne FeWo To Hus - Landhaus II in Mönchgut OT Middelhagen erinnert.
Schon bei der Anmeldung hat uns der Service des Vermieters erfreut. Schnell und korrekt wurden alle Förmlichkeiten auch entgegenkommend erledigt. Eine saubere, schöne Unterkunft haben wir vorgefunden, die all unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Die Lage der FeWo begeistert uns deshalb, weil sie zentral gelegen und trotzdem abseits von all dem "Urlauber-Getümmel" ist.
Auch während des Aufenthaltes war der Vermieter immer freundlich. ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren mit unserer Enkelin im Urlaub. Wie immer haben wir uns in der warmen und gemütlichen Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt einem da einfach an nichts. Die für Kinder einladende Umgebung mit den verschiedensten Spielplätzen hat unsere Enkelin begeistert und jeden Tag konnte sie woanders herumtollen. Neben dem Strand findet man tolle Spielplätze in Middelhagen, Mariendorf, Lobbe, Gager, Hafen von Thiessow, Klein-Zicker, Baabe, Göhren, Erdbeerhof. Eine Kurzfahrt mit dem rasenden Roland und eine Fährenüberfahrt von Baabe nach Sellin hat dann die Woche noch komplettiert.
