Cancellation policy

Unless otherwise agreed, the following rental conditions apply: Smålunda is a large family place that is peacefully situated with surrounding neighbors. Mainly we rent Smålunda to families. The lease gives the renter full access to the use of Smålundas four Residential houses: The house, Annex A, Annex B, and a sauna. To rhi, also a floor cellar and wood room. The rental period is 7 days from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00. Smålunda has 8 rooms with double beds. We have 2 baby beds and 1 junior bed. The permanent beds are 6 in the main house, 6 in Annex A, 2 in Annex B and 2 in the Sauna. There are duvets and pillows for all beds. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenants. Tenants can rent bed linen and towels for € 20 per person. Boats and fishing A rowboat with space for 4 people, a canoe and 1 kayak are available to the renter. You can rent a motorboat for 7 people for € 100 per week. You have several lifejackets at your disposal. As landlord, we take no responsibility for the lifejackets being legal or suitable. When fishing with rod in the lakes fishing license is mandatory. Payment When booking is within five days, you pay a booking fee of 25% of the rental price including final cleaning and any electricity or motorboat rental. The last four weeks before arrival the rest of the rent will be paid plus the deposit. cancellation policy If the lease is canceled earlier than four weeks before the rental period begins, we will refund half of the booking fee to m.w. In case of cancellation four weeks or later before the rental date repaid nothing of the amount paid apart from deposit, which will be fully refunded. Disclaimer We reserve ourselves the sudden events that lead to a deterioration of the holiday home and which we are unable to predict or influence. If there are such events we are unable to justify the reduction or refund of the rental price. If tenant causes the destruction or loss of the rented must Renters pay us the cost of repair or replacement of lost. The deposit of € 500 is available as collateral. If the cost of repair / replacement exceeds the security deposit, tenant must pay us the extra cost. If none of the rental property is damaged or destroyed, the security deposit will be fully refunded to the renter. The agreed number of persons may not be exceeded. The agreed use of the house may not be changed. Pets are usually not allowed, but can be accepted by appointment. Smoking must always be done outdoors as all houses are non-smoking.

The area is hilly and rocky, with a variety of lakes, deep coniferous forests and beautiful little villages and old farms. Das Haus mit mehreren Annexen ist sehr gut für große Familien geeignet - es gibt immer Rückzugsmöglichkeiten um etwas Ruhe zu haben, selbst wenn es regnerisches Wetter ist. Wir haben den Urlaub mit 16 Personen genossen. In das wunderbar gelegene Anwesen wird sukzessive investiert. Wir sind nun zum dritten Mal dort gewesen und es ist ein kleiner Spielplatz für die Kinder mit Kletterturm, Rutsche und Schaukel sowie eine gemütliche Feuerstelle hinzugekommen, so dass es zusätzliche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auch für kleine Gäste gibt. Die Küche ist für solche großen Gruppen ebenfalls perfekt ausgestattet, was in anderen Häusern nicht immer der Fall ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bereitet den Besuch gut vor mit prompter Kommunikation bei Anliegen. Grandios ist die Bäckerei nebenan.

Sehr geehrte Frau Munck-Westh, dass wir nun das dritte Mal dieses Feriendomozil mit unserer 16köpfigen Familie besucht haben, zeigt, dass wir immer wieder gerne kommen. Besonders die Enkelkinder können sich austoben. Ihr altes Familienhaus strahlt eine gewachsene familiäre Atmosphäre aus. Es steht allein auf einem großen Grundstück direkt am See. Mehr braucht man nicht! - Keinen übergroßen Luxus, kein neu gebautes Ferienhaus - mit so vielen Personen wäre es schon schwieriger, etwas zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder in das von Geschichte geprägte Haus. Ich könnte noch weitere Beispiele aufführen - es sprengt nur den Platz. Ich glaube ich spreche für die gesamte Familie!
