Internet access and sat. TV. Extensive children's equipment. Washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, open fireplace, large garden (2000m²) with roses, hydrangeas, passion flowers and old fruit trees; a large, sunny courtyard, very quiet, sheltered. Behind the holiday home is a sheltered terrace with loungers and garden furniture. A great place to spend the evening, enjoy the last rays of sunshine and the view into the large garden.
You only have to walk or bike 600 metres to reach the wonderful sandy beach.
The former fisherman's house is quietly situated in the charming village Plèherel Plage. The home is ideal for 1-2 families with children. For our little guests: 2 cots, 2 highchairs (Trip Trap), step stool, toilet seat adapter, changing table, baby sleeping bags, lots of toys, classic children's books, etc. We also put a small table and 3 children's chairs by the window in the kitchen, where the kids can paint/draw and do crafts. Stereo system, sat. TV. High-quality linen - damask bed linen, cream-coloured towels, beach towels. Exquisite white porcelain, quality drinking glasses. Tea drinkers will also find everything they need - a nice teapot, fine teacups, tea filters, kettle. The kitchen is well-equipped - you will have fun cooking here! Enjoy a relaxing holiday even with small children. The little ones can play safely in the fenced courtyard, and there's also a paddling pool. You can leave your car behind if you want. The beach, bakery and restaurants are all within walking distance. Feel free to bring your dog! Our place is an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation. Very cosy! For all those who love beautiful things and places.

The quiet holiday resort Plèherel Plage is situated on the dune above the ocean with its nice sandy beach, calm water (ideal for kids) and tranquil bays. You can find more beautiful beaches in the near vicinity. A 'hot spot' for surfers and bodyboarders. The beach is never overcrowded, not even during peak season.
The village has 3 restaurants and 1 hotel. There's also a bakery (at this point, it is only open during peak season, though). Les Sables d'Or is close by and has more dining facilities and a good supermarket, a sailing school and entertainment for kids (bouncy castle, carousel, etc.). Cap Fréhel, a bird sanctuary and one of the most spectacular regions in France, is approx. 8 km away and the old lighthouse, coastal cliff (80m) and the heath are also worth a visit. The region is perfect for hiking, cycling, etc., and most of all for relaxing. Recommended are excursions to the nearby Fort La Latte, the corsair-town Saint-Malo or Dinan with the Château de Dinan (castle), surrounded by a 3 km-long city wall dating back to the 14th century.
