Ich habe das Haus 2017 von Hr. Zmelik gekauft und lebe in Österreich . Ich bin mehrmals auf Madeira wo ich das Ferienhaus selber nutze. Ich liebe diese Insel mit der vielfalt an Möglichkeite. Ich finde Arco da Calheta ist die warme Sonnenseite der Insel ! Das Haus wurde von Grund auf restauriert. Es ist gelungen das Flair des alten Steinhauses mit einer modernen Technik so zu kombinieren das ein ' Mitteleuropäischer Wohnkomfort ' zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus liegt sehr windgeschützt im Ort Loreto und gehört zur Gemeinde Calheta, gelegen im klimatisch bevorzugtem Südwesten Madeiras. Hier sinkt die Tagestemperatur auch in den Wintermonaten sehr selten unter 18 Grad.
