Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the Tenant
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The relevant point in time is when the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal.
If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, they must compensate the landlord for the expenses already incurred and the lost profit as follows:
Cancellation 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 60.00 EUR)
Cancellation 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter, in case of no-show: 80%
The tenant retains the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or significantly less damage.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may name a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable.
If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party.
The landlord is obliged in good faith to re-rent an unoccupied property and must offset any savings against the cancellation fees claimed. There is no entitlement to a reduction in the rental price if the rental relationship is terminated early (departure/cancellation) by the tenant.
The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Our chalet Solo Sueno is simply fantastic in terms of location, with views over the rooftops of La Pared to the sea and the beautiful sunsets guaranteeing wonderful holiday days. It is very quietly situated above La Pared. La Pared is the only seaside resort in the entire Canary Islands! A real treat for the health-conscious!
Getting there
The best way to travel from Germany is by plane, and then book a rental car at the airport. La Pared is located in the south of Fuerteventura, close to the tourist hotspot Costa Calma.

Wir waren im Februar 2025 zwei Wochen im Sueño. Es ist sehr ansprechend und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist blitzsauber. Vom großen Esstisch hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über La Pared hinweg auf Meer und Berge. Man kann sich im Haus nur wohlfühlen und die Ruhe genießen. Bei Fragen war Herr Böker immer sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen definitv wieder.

Für uns war es der erste Urlaub in Fuerteventura ,es wurde ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Das lag mit an dem Ferienhaus Solo Sueno. Es ist einfach ein schönes, ruhiges Plätzchen, wo man drinnen und draußen die Seele baumeln lassen kann.
Es ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Beim Essen am großem Tisch hatte man ein wunderschönen Ausblick über La Pared.
Da La Pared an der schmalsten Stelle von Fuerteventura liegt, ist man vom wilden Surfstrand auch schnell an den großen Sandstränden der Insel.
Mit dem Mietwagen der auch erforderlich ist hatten wir die ganze Insel erkundigt
Solo Sueno wird von uns wärmstens empfohlen.
