Holiday destination
The residence is located just outside of Gruissan, close to the beach (approximately 600 meters away). It's only a stone's throw from the house to the lagoon. A restaurant and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
A magazine shop with souvenirs and a small supermarket can be found at the beginning of this area, which is called Les Ayguades. The "La Clape" mountain range and the nearby access to the water make this holiday home even more attractive. A paradise for dog lovers, athletes, or beachgoers.
Getting there
During the high season, the arrival and departure day is Sunday, outside the season by arrangement. The beds are freshly made upon your arrival, please bring towels for the last day and leave them washed and dry in the house for the next tenants. A German-speaking caretaker will welcome you and discuss everything else with you. Further information will be provided upon booking.

Erholsame Natur, Wanderungen am Strand und im La Clape Gebirge sind ein Muss. Angenehme teilweise sonnige für die Jahreszeit warme Temparaturen. Kaum Niederschlag. Das Haus ist komplett und ausreichend ausgestattet. Soweit etwas fehlt oder nicht funktioniert hilft die liebe Betreuung durch die Agentur. Ein kleines Manko waren die strapazierten Matratzen, die den erholsamen Schlaf merklich beeinträchtigen. Unser Yorkshire fühlt sich nach mehreren Aufenthalten wohl und wie zu hause. Wir können Haus und Agentur weiter empfehlen.

Die angenehmen Temperaturen mit sonnigem Verwöhncharakter machen den Aufenthalt zu dieser Zeit empfehlenswert. Lange Spaziergänge mit unserem Yorkshire am Strand und Besuch des La Perl am Strand zum Verzehr des mediterranen Angebotes sind ein Muss. Das Ferienhaus ist in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Gut ausgestattet und auch im Winter warm. Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter der Agentur ist intensiv Kunden freundlich und liebenswürdig. Für Urlauber die die Ruhe suchen und sich nicht an der Vielzahl der geschlossenen Geschäfte stören die ideale Zeit. Wir haben uns immer wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder.
