You must register your cancellation by telephone and then confirm it by email.
- In case of cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before arrival
25% of the invoice is charged.
- 50% of the invoice will be charged if the cancellation is
within 3 months to 1 month before the rental begins.
- 75% of the invoice will be charged if the cancellation is
within 1 month until 1 week before the rental begins.
- 100% of the invoice will be charged if the cancellation is shorter than 1 week
before the rental begins or when the rental period has already started.

Holiday destination
The House is placed privatly in a beatifull garden. Still it's near to the center of Domburg. The distance to the beach is about 300 meters, and to the forest about 250 meters. The supermarket is only a few meters away.
Getting there
Domburg can be reached via different routes:
From Amsterdam / Rotterdam: Haringvliet Bridge - Grevelingendam - Oosterscheldekering, on North - Beveland, follow the signs to Domburg.
From Utrecht / North / East: Utrecht - Breda - Bergen op Zoom - Middelburg - Domburg.
From Aachen / Cologne: then direction Bergen op Zoom / The Netherlands, then the signs Middelburg Belgian motorway to Antwerp, "Ring 2" - Domburg follow. Cologne Domburg 305 km.
From Dusseldorf: Motorway via Mönchengladbach to the border before Venlo motorway through to Eindhoven - Breda -Bergen op Zoom - Middelburg - Domburg. Dusseldorf-Domburg 280 km.
