You can start your boat tour on various canals directly from our jetty and look at beautiful villas. Then you head out onto the Gulf of Mexico past the mangroves. In the direction of Sanibel and Captiva Island or Fort Meyers Beach you will almost always see dolphins and countless water birds, often manatees too.
Cape Coral, the "Venice of America", is a peninsula in the southwest of Florida, which is connected to the mainland by several bridges. Our Villa Oais is located in the charming southwest of Cape Coral. The location is central but absolutely quiet in a side street of a well-kept residential area near Cape Harbor.
Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity of the house and can be easily reached by car or bicycle in just a few minutes. The offer ranges from a small snack to dinner in a jazz club to a gourmet restaurant. Not to forget the many typical "waterfront restaurants".
Directly behind the house there is a private boat deck where you can moor your rented boat. Here you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and over 600 kilometers of canals that flow through Cape Coral.

A rental car is an advantage in order to be able to move around freely in Cape Coral and also experience more distant sights in Florida. It is best to book one from Germany.
