You can hike in the immediate vicinity, for example on the Weser Uplands trail, and refresh yourself in the water treading pool, go cycling on the Weser Cycle Route, visit the lovely Pied Piper city of Hamelin and end the day there in one one of the many nice cafes.
You will find a large offering of cultural and leisure attractions in the vicinity. For example, how does a visit to the Hämelschenburg, a palace famous for the Weser Renaissance, or a descent into the Schillat caves?
Getting there
A2 from Hanover: Exit Rehren, towards Hessisch Oldendorf, in Hessisch Oldendorf, take the 3rd right in the roundabout towards Weibeck, in Weibeck take the 2nd street on the right onto Rittergutstr.
B217 out of Hanover: approx. 5 km before Hamelin in Hasperde right towards Hessisch Oldendorf, follow the street through the villages until you get to amain road, turn left here in the town of Weibeck, 2nd street on the right Rittergutstr.
A2 from Dortmund: Exit Bad Eilsen towards Hamelin, from the B83 take the 2nd exit Hessisch Oldendorf (Mitte), turn left and continue straight until the roundabout, in the roundabout take the 1st exit toward Weibeck, in Weibeck the 2nd street on the right (Rittergutstr.)

Host informationI am from this beautiful area, but lived in Bavaria for more than 20 years after school. In August 2012 I returned to my homeland with my family.
We traded a terraced house in Munich for a romantic, landmarked half-timbered ensemble in a marvellously quiet villave location.
We now rent one of the houses - Rauchkate Weibeck -as a holiday home.

Ich war mit meiner Familie, über meinem 60 Geburtstag in dem schönen Ferienhaus
Ich kann das Ferienhaus hundertprozentig weiter empfehlen es hat nichts gefehlt.
Das Ferienhaus wurde mit viel Liebe hergerichtet ,sogar eine Flasche Sekt wurde mit lieben Worten von Familie Keck zu meinem Geburtstag in den Kühlschrank gestellt vielen Dank dafür.
Bei Glühwein und der schönen Sauna, verbrachten wir schöne Stunden.
Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder .
Wir bedanken uns nochmal für alles .
