Cancellation policy
There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday house is located on the Costa Calma (quiet coast), the narrowest point on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the tourist resorts of Fuerteventura, there are plenty of shopping, restaurants and leisure activities available. The La Torre (the tower), has one of the best places on this coastal strip (only private facilities). The light sand beach starts here almost to the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Man kann sich allen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen - wunderbar ausgestattetes Apartment in bester Lage. Wenn man möchte, muss seine Schuhe nicht allzu oft anziehen - barfuß direkt zum Strand zum spazieren gehen und schwimmen... Wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen

Optimale, ruhige Lage direkt am Strand mit unvergleichlichem Ausblick, gute Ausstattung, ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und kompetenter Vermieter - was will man mehr? Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für einen wirklich schönen Urlaub am Meer! Wer hier nicht relaxt, schafft es nirgendwo!
