if cancellation occurs up to 90 days before the start of the trip, 10% of the rental price,
for cancellations from 90 to 60 days before the start of the trip, 25% of the rental price,
for cancellations from 60 to 30 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
for cancellations from 30 to 1 day before the start of the trip, 89% of the rental price,
in case of cancellation on the day of travel or in case of no-show, the entire rental price will be charged.

Portopetro has managed to retain its originality and traditional character with its small picturesque harbor. From the harbor, you can take various boat trips. There is a diving school, 2 supermarkets (fresh bread rolls and newspapers daily), a pharmacy, a hairdresser, etc. Several restaurants offer Mallorcan and international cuisine. Cala d'Or, located 5 km from Portopetro, offers many shops, restaurants, German doctors, banks, and a marina with exclusive restaurants.

Wir haben zum 3. Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus für 14 Tage verbracht und einen wunderschönen Urlaub erleben dürfen. Die von Herrn B. vorgenommene neue Gestaltung des EG ist klasse und mit viel Geschmack und sehr komfortabel umgesetzt.
Es gibt nichts, was man in diesem Haus vermissen würde.

Wir haben zum 2. mal Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Haus jeweils für je14Tage erlebt.
Alles passt und es fehlt an nichts, von der Buchung bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs.
Letztes Jahr war uns der Urlaub kurzfristig nicht möglich, umso mehr haben wir das tolle Ambiente in diesem Jahr wieder genossen. Es ist eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen!
Die Beschreibungen und Bilder geben alles einwandfrei wieder u. wir können das Haus u. unseren Vermieter absolut u. uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen , sprechen an dieser Stelle unseren herzlichen Dank an Herrn H.B. für die stets unkomplizierte Begleitung bei der Abwicklung u. auch während unseres Urlaubes aus.
