1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. Location: The villa 'Effe Hier' is situated in a peaceful location on the edge of Het Dennenbos forest in the bungalow park 'Het Hoogelandt'. It is therefore the perfect starting point for cycling and walking tours across the island. The North Sea beach with the beach pavilion Paal 17 can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Ecomare is nearby. At a distance of 1.5 kilometers, you will find two riding schools and a subtropical swimming paradise. Supermarkets, nice shops, and cozy restaurants can be found in the seaside resort De Koog, 3.5 km away.
