Holiday destination
Grossenbrode is located on the far tip of Lübeck Bay, about 80 km from Lübeck, on the Wagrien peninsula, right on the Fehmarnsund.
Surrounded by water on three sides as well as 15 km of varied coastal landscape, this sea spa is among the least rainy and the sunniest regions of Germany.
The entire area is surrounded by water and beaches, so the long newly built up bathing beach ( "south beach")(2017) faces the southeast. From here you can also reach the pier, which extends 230 m into the Baltic Sea.
Numerous options in the Baltic Sea resort of Grossenbrode, surrounded by the sea, promise you a lovely relaxing holiday.
Either spend a fantastic day on the close white sandy beach with a great promenade, where there are restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops, or take advantage of the spa and relaxation offerings in the spa centre or get out and be sporty. There are innumerable water sports available to indulge your passion for the sea and the Baltic Sea, from diving to deep-sea fishing to sailing. Visit one of the nearby marinas on the Grossenbrode inland lake or in Heiligenhafen.
Due to the ideal location of Grossenbrode, we recommend a visit to the nearby island of Fehmarn, which can be reached via the impressive Fehmarnsund Bridge. You can quickly reach the special attractions of the island by car or by bike, such as the maritime centre with its impressive world of water dwellers. Via Fehmarn, your path may also lead you to Copenhagen (by ferry to Denmark)
In the Hansapark in Sierksdorf there is plenty of fun for holidaymakers of all ages. A fun park right on the Baltic Sea where you can spend a day on the carousels, roller coasters, water slides and see many entertaining shows.
In the Hanseatic city of Lübeck you'll experience all of the culture of the Hanseatic League, with beautiful houses in the Hanseatic style and see the historic old town with the Holstentor. This is where Lübeck marzipan comes from - taste it right in the Niederegger Museum in the old town.
Getting there
Directions to your holiday residence:
Take the A1 from the south towards Fehmarn until the Grossenbrode exit and turn right onto the Nordlandstrasse. After about 1 km turn left into the Sandstrasse toward Südstrand.
Take the second street after the railway crossing to the left on the "Am Süderfeld" street.
The beach park is located at the end of the street. Haus Küstenzauber is located on the left side (blue group of houses).

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll.
Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung und es hat uns wirklich an absolut nichts gemangelt. Das haben wir so wirklich noch nie erlebt.
Von der Kinderausstattung (Hochstühle, Reisebett, Spielsachen), über sämtliche elektrischen Geräte, bis hin zum eigenen Strandkorb war alles vorhanden, von hochwertigen Marken und in einem top Zustand.
Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Lage war optimal...die Promenade, der Strand, die Spielplätze und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren alle, sogar mit Kindern, fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Zum 4. Mal waren wir im Küstenzauber 21, unsere Traumwohnung und 1. Wahl in Großenbrode, Fehmarn und weit darüber hinaus. Haben direkt wieder gebucht (für Herbst, Winter & Sommer). Ideale Aufteilung + Größe, zwei großzügige Balkone. Vergleichbare Fewos im Strandpark Großenbrode oft enttäuschend: hoher Mietpreis, aber keine Instandhaltung. Nicht so im Küstenzauber 21! Räume, Möbel, Geräte, Ausstattung sind gepflegt und werden rechtzeitig renoviert, erneuert, ergänzt. Alles voll funktionsfähig, überall Liebe zum Detail. An vieles ist gedacht, wir haben bisher nichts vermisst. Gästehinweise werden ernst genommen, gute Anregungen umgesetzt. Weitere Pluspunkte: Immer 1A-Sauberkeit bei Anreise, Top-Beratung, stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Strandnähe, kleiner Ostseeblick, wichtig für uns Rampe + Fahrstuhl
