Our residence is in the Arno valley hills, the territory wedged from Chianti hills and Pratomagno mountains, following the river Arno path that go from Arezzo territory to Florence.
The Arno Valley, in the history, was under Florence's Signory territory; was borderland from Florence , Arezzo and Siena; for this built and fortified by the Florentines.
N.B. a particular notice for the big number of Outlet by big fashion brands presents in the Valley, Gucci, Prada and much more.

Reach us from north Florence
From the highway A1, Valdarno Exit, following in directions to Montevarchi, next Levane, Arezzo; the residence is after 2km from Levane village, on the State Road 69. In proximity of "Sgaravatti" firm, you can look easy the ensign, turn left in a little road until the residence.
Reach us from south Arezzo
From the highway A1, Arezzo Exit, following in directions to Ponte a Chiani, next Indicatore, Montevarchi; passing the villages Indicatore, Ponticino and the crossroad to Montalto /Laterina after 2km , on the State Road 69. In proximity of "Sgaravatti" firm, you can look easy the ensign, turn right in a little road until the residence.
