Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of the travel contract, each traveler must pay cancellation fees in addition to any reservation fees. The following conditions apply for cancellations of travel contracts with own travel arrangements: *for cancellations up to 42 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the total travel cost; *for cancellations from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the total travel cost; *for cancellations from the 28th day up to the day of arrival: 90% of the total travel cost; *for cancellations on the day of arrival or later: the entire travel cost.
